  • We currently utilize Bob Go as our primary shipping method.

  • Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the delivery location and order weight.

2. Delivery Timeframes

  • Order Processing Time: Please allow up to one week for your order to be prepared for shipping. Our premixes are made to order to ensure freshness.

  • Shipping Time: Delivery time will vary depending on your location within South Africa.

  • Estimated Delivery Time:

    • Once your order is ready, delivery typically takes 2-5 Business Days within South Africa. This is an estimate, and actual delivery times may vary.

  • Delivery Address: It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the correct delivery address details are provided.

3. Shipping Restrictions

  • Currently, we only ship within South Africa. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
