Tip: Coals is ready if you can hold your hand 20cm from grid for 8 seconds.   Bake it for 10 min on each side. Its ready if you tap roosterkoek and it makes a hollow sound.  Crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside — perfect with:
