For the campers bake the tin cups in advance and put it in a freezer. Simply defrost it. Result freshly baked breads!!

Instructions

• • Preheat the oven at 180°C

• • All our bread premixes have the same recipe and is suitable to bake 4 tin cup breads

• • Empty bread premix add 500ml buttermilk/amasi (optional add 250ml grated cheese) Mix well

• • Spray & Cook 4 tin cups

• • Fill each tin with three quarter dough

• • Melt 50ml butter and top it with a brush

• • Bake for 25 mi on our next blog post.
