Japtrap Bak offers a range of baking premixes, focusing on convenient and delicious options for various dietary needs. Our current selection includes 11 Flavors of Bread Premixes under the category Breed Premixes. Cake in a Mug(chocolate flavor), Low Carb Cake in a mug(chocolate flavor),  Donut premix, Cinnamon & Sugar Cookie premix and a Pancake & Waffle Premix under the category Sweet Premixes.

Yes, we only have 1 Low Carb product our Low Carb Cake in a Mug (chocolate flavor). You can find these specifically categorized on our website under the “Sweet Premixes”  section.

The sweetest guilt-free treat. Satisfy your cravings without compromising your health.  Just add 1 egg and melted butter. Empty the packet and mix all the wet stuff with the dry stuff. Microwave for  Microwave for 45 seconds.  Topp with ketto chocolate & whipped cream.

No, we don’t have low-carb bread premixes.

The storage life of our products varies depending on the specific mix. Generally, our premixes have a shelf life of 6 months when stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Please refer to the “Best Before” date printed on each product package for specific information.

No, we don’t have any gluten-free products.

All our Bread Premixes (11) are suitable for vegans, while others may contain animal-derived ingredients. Please check the ingredient list and product description on each product page for detailed information.

Shipping/Delivery

We currently ship to addresses within South Africa. Please refer to our shipping policy page for a detailed list of areas we deliver to.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery location. You can view the shipping costs at the checkout before completing your purchase.

Our courier service will typically attempt delivery a few times. If they are unable to deliver, they may leave a notification card with instructions on how to arrange for re-delivery or collection from a designated depot. Please contact the courier company directly using the details provided on the notification card.

Account Creation/Management

You can create an account by clicking on the “Account” or “Register” link on our website and following the on-screen instructions.

Creating an account allows you to save your address details for faster checkout, view your order history, track your current orders, and manage your account preferences.

If you have forgotten your password, click on the “Forgot Password” link on the login page and follow the instructions to reset it. You will typically receive an email with a link to create a new password.  

Ordering Process

To place an order, simply browse our product categories, select the items you wish to purchase, and add them to your cart. Once you have finished shopping, proceed to the checkout page where you will be prompted to enter your shipping details and payment information. You can create an account on this page or log into your existing account. Agents needs to be logged in to place orders.

We process orders quickly. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible via WhatsApp 082 5644 512 or email to orders@japtrapbak.co.za  We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes or cancellations may not be possible if your order has already been processed for shipping.  

No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account offers benefits such as saving your address details for faster future purchases and viewing your order history.

Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order details. Please check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see it in your inbox.

To qualify for the 10% off on your first order, you will need to signup to our email newsletter. You can then copy the code that displays once submitted and input this code into the coupon section on checkout. Your 10% coupon will be applied to your cart. Please note that the coupon will only be valid for your first order.

We currently accept the following payment methods: Yoco payments e.g., Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard), Debit Cards, EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer), and Mobile Payment Options.

Returns/Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to discuss a return or refund. Please refer to our full Returns and Refunds Policy page for detailed information on the process and conditions.  

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide proof of purchase.

If the return is due to a faulty product or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs. For other reasons, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping costs. Please refer to our full Returns and Refunds Policy for details.

Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will process your refund within 5-7 business day. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method.
